- Entries Open - Wednesday September 24th 2026
- Entries Close - Monday November 24th 2026 - Midnight
- Mid December 2026 - Artists notified of accepted entries.
- Latest date for freighted artworks to be received - Friday 2nd January 2026
- Artworks to be delivered to Art Show marquee - Sunday 4th January 2026, between 9.00am and 1.00pm
- Unsold artworks collected from Art Show marquee - Sunday 18th January 2026 between 9.00am and 1.00pm
- Payment to artists for sold artworks - within two weeks from the end of the Art Show

- Friday 5th December 2026 - Preview Event tickets on sale
- 4.30pm Friday 9th January 2026 - Preview Event open
- Saturday 11th January 2025 to Saturday 18th January 2025 - Art Show open from 9.30am to 8pm
- Sunday 18th January 2025 - Purchased artworks collected from Art Show marquee between 9.00am and 1.00pm
